This garage is built like a house! It is built on 4 4x6 treated beams and slotted ever 12" to hold 2x6 treated floor joist from twisting, it has treated 5/8 thick treated flooring. Walls are 2"x4'x 8' high with double wall cap.Stained and sealed T111 siding also 5/8" thick. Walls and ceiling joist on 16" centers. Also used strong 5/8" thick O.S.B. tar paper and Metal roof. It is built like a house with a attic. it has metal perferated soffet and roof vent for attic to breath and keep out moisture and stays about 15 degrees cooler in the summer. It has a 9 foot wide role up garage door and a metal entrance door with window. There is 2 windows, one on each side. Call me and come see it!
